**Q: is the position of the back fully adjustable or is it either up/reline or flat**
A: It is up or flat. It doesn’t have any inbetween and needs to be adjusted from the back to do it. Not something you can do while seated in the chair.

**Q: where are the instructions and warranty.

cannot see how to change from upright to flat as it is not zero gravity at all**
A: Sorry this has never got used this year. I’ve a vague recollection of feeling disappointed couldn’t get flat as in picture last year.

**Q: I cannot open a return label attachment**
A: Hi 
Normally when you ask to return an item the suppler will send you an email. Down the bottom of the email there’s a download symbol press that to download and then you can print the return label hope this helps
