So to start this XL- Meadowlark Premium Hammock seat cover will work in a 2020 HighLander Limited Platinum’s or large truck’s. I hope this helps many reviews don’t mention the vehicles it being used in which Leeds to return’s because it doesn’t fit. I waited to write the review because the last cover didn’t even last 1 year. Not a problem with this quality unit. The fit is better than expected for a multiple use unit. It can be installed in minutes after the initial adjustment’s. This unit will protect our leather seats and side panels from scratches while keeping them safe. The non slip really works well so they don’t fall while securing them in a safe cocoon. They can see us which is calming to them and there is a zipper in case you need to get to them. The Meadowlark is also waterproof and contains their hair and slobber! So being waterproof makes clean up quick first a vacuum then soap water and a sponge it’s done! We are so happy with this product because it does everything it’s supposed to do. Easy installation keeps the dogs safe clean up is easy and it’s durable while looking very nice! I don’t just hand out 5 stars but this product earned it!

Compatibility good (even for front passage seat 💺). Velcro n/a (since almost all vehicles have plastic sidewalls or front interiors nowadays). Smell no is a plus. Feels soft but sturdy.Slip-resistant good. Dog protection 100% as long as within the owner's eyesight 👀 supervision (Large breed dogs 🐕/puppy 🐶 will try to bite it through w/o watch regardless how tough the material is. Like our Maligator babyboy ). Padding is thick enough even comparable with our first purchase of over $110 SUV's trunk mat. The first 8 pictures are from the trunk and tail. Another 6 pictures and a video are from the front passenger seat 💺. The initial idea was to add an extra protection layer for our pet's cage. Now he's growing bigger, and cannot be left alone in the backseat or trunk (he will bite w/o hesitation). So we decided that the front passenger seat 💺 will be his seat with a dog seat belt. Side note: This trunk mat is a bit small and short for a large SUV's trunk. But it is perfect for a front seat. Covers a large area, is padded comfortably enough, and protects the front dashboard, center console, passenger seat itself, and the side of the passenger seat from scratches. It can even roll up with the dog seat belt and secure it w/o getting in the way while driving. (We have a car seat extender underneath the mat).

I had hoped to find a cream colored hammock that would extend the surface of my back seat for my two Goldens when they travel with us. I couldn't find one that had the hard bottom that will extend the seat surface feature, but I'm happy that I found this one. It is thick, non-slip, heavy-duty, well-made, and very easy to install. Possibly more importantly, it is very easy to fold back up and stow. At each installation point, there is a way to adjust to customize the fit to your vehicle. I love that it's not black and hides their hair from being so visible all the time! Great quality, highly recommend.

This installed easily in my 2001 GMC extended cab dually . For a generic part the fit was quite good . The headrest covers are a nice extra feature . The quality seems good but only time will tell so that's the reason for the four star rating . If it can survive our 65 lb shepherd mix long term it will be a 5 star .

I rarely provide product feedback, however I feel compelled to share positive feedback for the Meadowlark Dog Seat Cover, to help other pet owners who may be looking for a viable pet-cover solution for their vehicle. Note: I purchased the Standard sized cover for my 2015 Toyota Highlander, which fit perfectly. High quality, durable product & material, and nice-looking too. Great price. Easy to install (includes easy instructions), literally had it in-place in less than 1 minute. The seatbelt extra works great too and was a nice bonus. Multiple configurations, including allowing for a passenger to sit on one side, next to your pet. I use both the back and front headrests to secure - but you could just use the back headrests if desired. The cover creates a nice 'cocoon-ish' environment, especially if you opt to put the sides flaps up (with provided straps which connect to the roof handles). My dog loves it - she feels more secure and comfortable. 100% protection for your car's seats. Beach runs, muddy walks, pet hair, even car-sickness, etc. To clean, I simply remove the cover, shake or brush it, and put it right back again. I haven't had to wash it yet, but seems that it would be an easy task to throw into a washing machine. I wish I had purchased this cover a few years ago!

I have a Borador(lab/border collie mix). She loves to be outside, to dig holes, to run around all over the place, and to get into all sorts of things. This cover for the backseat of my car is a godsend!!! It keeps the leather seat of my expensive SUV in good shape from the dog’s toenails. Helps keep the majority of the dog hair on this mattress pad, which is washable. This product is a complete back seat covering that creates a cocoon like environment for the dog to get comfortable during car rides or either short trips or those long car rides. Completely goes from window to window and from backseat to back of front passenger‘s seats. Comes with head rest covers. Nice stitching, thick padding and straps. Comes with a seat belt buckle snap to buckle in and secure your dog through the padding. Easy to assemble/disassemble. Unzips on the side for easy in an out. I should’ve bought one of these from the moment I bought the dog! I would highly recommend this to anyone no matter what size dog they have! Makes travel with your dog so much easier! Keep the dog in a safe and secure area without interrupting you or creating a distraction while driving scenario.

Love it! I have a 2016 Honda Pilot (e.g. the newer body style) and I got the XL size of this cover, which seems to be a good fit size-wise. I have a 70 pound golden retriever. The install was super easy, took me less than 10 minutes to get it all perfectly situated from the time I opened the box. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to put my dog in it just yet, so I can't speak to durability, but the quality feels good and will likely withstand my dog who is well-behaved in the car. It came with all the extras, as indicated (covers, seatbelt, clips for ceiling handles). Very minor thing, but I wish the headrest covers were black because the tan kind of looks dumb against a black interior and a black seat cover, but obviously that's just a silly aesthetics thing and not a reason to pass up on this cover. The velcro pieces for the seatbelt pop-through are great, glad to know that the seatbelts are still fully useable for human or dog! The only thing I would say that's a slight negative for others is when using the hammock style attachment in a larger/higher vehicle for a larger dog that gets into the car on their own (i.e. if you can lift your dog into the backseat, this does not apply to you). The height of the backseat in an SUV or truck often means that a dog kind of needs the legroom and/or open air space around the seat to get in on their own. Because the hammock cuts this area down when secured to the front seat headrests, I can foresee a dog feeling like they don't know where to try and jump in. I plan to simply unclip the hammock end (front seats) on the entry side until the dog is in, and then reclip before driving so the hammock function is still beneficial. It's truly a little thing, but something to consider if you have a dog who is reluctant to get in the car already or too big to be lifted - perhaps avoid the use of the hammock functionality. The cover will still be beneficial, obviously!

Great product! We used this to contain our two crazy mini Aussies in the back seat of a rental car (Nissan rogue). We were driving from VA to Iowa to pick up our newest addition: another mini Aussie pup. Our oldest has a habit of clinging onto the door to see out the window, digging her claws into doors and marking it up. She also just goes crazy and fights her way to the front to sit on our laps. That’s not gonna work for a trip that’s 23 hours one way. We picked up the rental car, followed the instructions and had it up in maybe five minutes. The head protectors are basically shower caps, and the seat belt for the dog almost cut off circulation to our dogs leg because it got wrapped around, but our dogs are super energetic, so it would work if you had a calm or relaxed dog. The cover itself is great, kinda wish it was a bit taller on the sides to help contain my psycho tornados, who literally would try to jump over the side wall and be stuck half in and half out, but again that’s not the products fault. I liked the little zipper in the middle that makes it easier to grab a dog if you needed to. I loved that I didn’t have to worry about them getting into any food stashed on the floor of the back seats, even if no one was there to watch them while we were at a rest stop, or worry about a dog falling down there with a tap of the breaks. For our purpose, this thing was worth EVERY PENNY AND MORE! No worrying about scratchs on the rental cars door, window, seats, etc. no worrying about the fur we have to vacuum up later, no hauling around two big clanky metal crates that take up the whole seat and for the first time EVER, we didn’t have to juggle the dogs moving around in our laps for the full 23 hours. This saved our sanity and our rental car!

This cargo liner for the back of our SUV is very functional. It is well made, secures easily and when need the back of the SUV for other things it just rolls up out of the way instead of having to take the whole thing apart. It keeps our pet safe while driving and makes cleaning up from pet hair so much easier as it is also a protective cover for the back and sides of the car upholstery. We are very satisfied with this product.

I love this Meadow Lark dog seat cover! I liked it so much that I bought another one a couple of weeks after I bought the first one. It makes it easier to have two of them rather than switch one in and out of two vehicles and the price is reasonable so I bought another. It is designed very well and the quality is very good. They give you head rest covers and a dog leash that connects into where seat belt clicks in (other brands don't give one of these.) After connecting the seat belt leash to my dogs harness it keeps him from going too far out of the rear middle window on my Tacoma and keeps him from coming up too close to my face and licking me or distracting me from driving. The entire design is perfect. I use the Meadow Lark seat protectors for short to medium drives and my Gunner G1 Kennel (Crate) for some medium drives but mainly for longer drives to cabin, vacations, etc. I highly recommend buying Meadow Lark Dog Seat Protectors. You won't be disappointed!

Voldoende dik en bestand tegen mijn energieke dwergteckel van 5kg. Ik weet niet of het ook geschikt is voor grote honden.

Our dog was a very nervous back seat passenger and this completely eliminated the problem! We could even put her medium size bed on the seat without worrying she would slide off the seat! Super happy and the quality of the product is excellent!
