Thinx (BTWN) was founded to help the next generation period easier, and makes period panties for teens. Our menstrual underwear is specially designed to absorb their flow, keeping everything fresh and dry. Made with our patented period-absorbing design, every pair of Thinx (BTWN) has leak protection built in the ultrathin gusset. The moisture-wicking layer draws away wetness and dries fast, while the odor-controlling layer neutralizes smells. The leak-resistant barrier keeps clothes, sheets, and everything else stain-free. Thinx (BTWN) teen period underwear comes in styles that hold up to 4 tampons’ worth of flow without feeling bulky. Our period panties for teens are the perfect solution for heavy or light flow. On light days, our undies can be worn instead of other femcare products like sanitary pads and pantyliners. On heavy days, our underwear can be worn as a backup to other menstrual hygiene products for extra protection. Thinx (BTWN) are machine washable, reusable, and simple to care for—just don’t use fabric softener, bleach, or iron. A more sustainable and eco-friendly period product than single-use disposables, these girls period panties can be used every month. Thinx (BTWN) is made by Thinx Inc., who make period underwear for women, girls, and all people with periods. We recommend beginning with our teen starter period kit. My daughter wears a women’s size 4 and is 14 years old, 115 lbs. What is the best size?** A: My daughter is 12 and 95 lbs, and a woman’s size 0. She wears the 11/12 and it fits well, even a little roomy. Maybe a 13/14 would work? I would get her measurements before ordering. **Q: What will happen if I accidentally dry the underwear** A: I wash and dry them like normal underwear and they are still fine. We’ve had them for a couple of years now. I’d follow their instructions for sure but I don’t. If that makes any sense. **Q: If my hips are 34” should I go up or down?** A: In our experience they run tight, so we sized up. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 使い勝手が良い *by ち***い on Reviewed in Japan on 14 May 2021* 娘の希望で購入しました。高いなあとは思ったけど、何年も使えることを考えるとお得だと思い買いました。ナプキン要らずでオススメです。 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PSA: can fit adults who wear size 8-12 or smaller *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on 5 January 2022* I'm 25 and can wear sizes in between 8-12, depending on elasticity. (I wear mediums in most underwear.) I bought these in girls size 15-16 and they fit fine. Why did I buy girls Thinx underwear? I have no money and there are no package deals for adults. 1 adult pair is $30+! This pack of 3 is $60. What a rip off, no? So I figured after a little research I should be able to fit in girls 15-16 and worst case I return. They fit.Save yourself some money and buy these instead of adult sizes. (If you can fit. I know you have to be on the thinner side to use this work-around).As for the quality and material, super nice and comfortable. From the looks of the adult pairs, I'd say these are probably more comfortable than those. When I'm on my period I don't want that mesh BS. I'm not trying to be sexy. I'm miserable and bleeding and want comfort. So I have no regrets and you shouldn't either! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for young girls *by A***Z on Reviewed in the United States on 3 December 2021* I have a special needs daughter and the transition into menstruation was kind of scary for me as a mom trying to know how to help her with feminine products.I ordered a single pair to try out first and see how it worked for her and us. AMAZING. I went back and bought the three pack. I even bought myself a pair to try and now have two of my own. It’s perfect for long days at school for her, she doesn’t have to worry about an accident and spotting and getting embarrassed in school. They are machine washable but lay flat to dry so having a few pairs makes laundering easier.I cannot say enough good about them. I think they are the best ever for feminine options. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/330043723-thinx-btwn-teen-period-underwear-fresh-start-period-kit-teen](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/330043723-thinx-btwn-teen-period-underwear-fresh-start-period-kit-teen) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
