It will stay afterwards because now I don't have to change the TP roll in the downstairs bathroom nearly as often, maybe once a month with a family of four. Mounts easy enough, although I'd recommend better drywall anchors. I used the self tapping kind. Can be changed from locking to push button opening in about half a second with provided extra parts.
