Do you get 2 of each color?

NO. THIS IS 40 different colors. As pictured. So colors are close but there is not any identical colors in this group.

Is there anyway i could purchase 20 black 20 red 20 white and 20 green?

I don't think so. There is 1 color, 40 bows. So each bow is a different color.

Can I purchase 40 of The hot pink only??

Yes but it will be send by seller not amazon

I redesign these- can I pull the bow off the metal clip- is it glued on with hot glue?

Yes you can. My two year old does it all the time lol
