Yes, you can and it's very good. I use it on Burgers and Ribs and Steaks. It's my go to seasoning.

Before cooking and the recipes I have used call for up tp 1/4 cup for 10 pounds, I used a tablespoon in mine because I was cooking 2 1/2 pounds.
