great

Best product the right amount mg and price per pill

Good quality and good price

Decent product don't think it does much but not expecting miracles from a supplement. Realistically speaking here don't think my energy was any better or worse. For some context I'm forty and super busy with work/kids.

Wow working better then expected ! Best is grown in my State of Wisconsin.IMHO so very great

Just now using it, it is what I wanted at a reasonable price.

This comes from south Korea, not China. A big plus to me.

Ginseng is known for its numerous health benefits, including being a powerful antioxidant, lowering blood sugar, boosting the immune system, brain function, and increasing energy levels. Red ginseng is only harvested after 6 years, which makes this root particularly valuable. Asian herbalists consider American ginseng to be cool and less stimulating and Asian ginseng to be warm and more stimulating. This bottle of ginseng is derived from Wisconsin grown red ginseng, so it is of the cooling variety. The recommended serving size is 2 capsules per day to deliver 1000mg of ginseng, making each bottle a little over a one month supply. Since it is known that the body starts building a resistance to ginseng, finishing off a bottle would be perfect to take a several week rest before starting up again. Although ginseng is generally safe to take as a supplement, because of its blood sugar lowering properties and ability to increase blood flow, people taking diabetes medication or anticoagulants should seek the advice of their health care professional before putting ginseng into their diet. Dosages of up to 3000mg per day for up to 3 months have been studied to be safe with minimal side effects, but higher dosages could lead to stomach issues, insomnia, headaches, dizziness and nervousness. Overall, I love ginseng and all the benefits that it can provide. Putting it in a capsule and bottling it makes it so convenient to take as well. Dairyland Management is a well-respected ginseng grower based in Wisconsin, and American ginseng gives people a choice of something that is not as stimulating as the Asian variety. I appreciate that this is manufactured in a US facility, and an Independent lab test with a COA would have made this a home run. I would recommend anyone looking to improve their health to take ginseng in moderation.
