I've used this weighted (15lbs) pole for several months and it has helped me plenty to work out on my arms and hands in terms of grip strength. The weight is enough to feel easy to move and tough to handle. The plastic ends to admittedly fall off at some point if you swing the bar around enough, I just use duct tape to keep them on.

It’s east on the neck with the padding whenever I do my squats, good mornings, or any back/arm exercises so it’s definitely versatile. The quality is intact and sturdy making it perfect for high intensity workouts. 10/10 recommend!!
