Has anyone tried this product with squash?

Hello, thank you for your interest. While we have not tried the SnappyWrist product for squash, there is a review of the product at racquetsocial dot com (http://racquetsocial.com/back-to-basics-with-snappywrist-swing-training-aid/). You can read the comments made by a squash player there. His comment is "One of the important components of generating power in squash comes from cocking the wrist and then un-cocking the wrist during the follow through.  This device does a great job of easily telling someone when their wrist is cocked with a short 'snapping' sound.  It also makes the same sound when the wrist becomes un-cocked.  This is a very useful tool for squash players that can really help them get their wrist in the proper position needed to strike the ball with power". I hope that provides some help t your question.

How does it help with the serve?

Our SnappyWrist training aid can help if you have a waiter's tray position as you go through a trophy pose during a serving motion. Your racket should be in line with the forearm and the wrist should be in a neutral position. The waiter's tray position refers to the wrist being laid back so that the hitting side of your racket head points to the sky rather than to the left fence. As you lay your wrist back when going through the trophy pose, the snappywrist training will "snap" to let you know that you have improperly laid your wrist back.
