**Q: Does this scan slides? 35mm. those thing we used to put in a carousel & projector.**
A: No. The product shown only holds 35mm film negatives - what you actually shoot in the camera.  The slide holder is a 4 position device. Amazon wont let me load a photo of it.

**Q: Will this support both 35mm slides & negative strips?**
A: only 35mm negative strips！

Material is a little fragile, but it's okay to use it.  I ordered 2 times,  first one had a shrink on the middle part, not able to make the film flat so I returned it, I got the second one, it had no problem.  I am happy with it.

Apparently I never had this negative holder when I bought the Canon scanner back years ago. And I never needed it until I began digitizing my photo "collection"  It works great as long as you have the software for the scanner installed and up to date.

It is good product, however it happens to be warped quite bit. When placed on the scanner glass the alignment tabs do not even touch the alignment slots. Tried to bend it the other way with a minor success. I am disappointed with the quality control!
