Muy, muy buen omega 3, super completo y de calidad, sin duda será difícil reemplazarlo por uno mejor! 😇 Además de que es fácil de tomar diario porque solo requieres de 2 cápsulas al día también ayuda mucho su formula con olor a cítricos para evitar el mal sabor a pescado que suelen dar este tipo de suplementos, este realmente no te genera ningun sabor negativo ni al momento de tomarlo ni durante el dia.
