Full transparency I ordered this and the first one came in kinda damaged. The threading started to fray. But I did like the way it looked and felt. I let the seller know about the problem and they sent me a new one in perfect condition the very next day. And it is awesome now that I’ve used it. I’ve only used it for jumping rope but the quality is amazing and I like how it works my wrist and grip strength. I would recommend, if you’re looking for a weighted jump rope. It’s a great workout tool and very easy to use. It’s long enough that I could attach it a kettlebell and do rope swings/waves. 10/10 product I will be buying another in the future. So I can do more exciting exercises.

Das Springseil ist an sich ganz in Ordnung. Nur ist es viel zu steif, so dass es sich zum springen kaum eignet und dadurch auf die Gelenke geht.

Seil ist viel zu starr und unbeweglich. Theoretisch müsste ein Gelenk eingebaut werden zwischen dem Griffteil und dem Rest des Seiles damit sich das Seil unabhängig vom Griff drehen kann. Habe es wieder zurückgeschickt.

The build quality and overall feel and effects of this rope are awesome! I simply love using it in my daily workout routines. I highly recommend this rope over others that are overpriced. This was the most affordable rope I could find at a 5 lbs weight and it’s perfect and does what I need it to do.

Product is made really well. Been burning out my shoulders the last few weeks and getting a great workout. Would definitely recommend for the price point and durability
