Review: Great bottles and great customer service! - After decades of drinking out of unhealthy plastic bottles, my husband and I decided that it was time to switch to glass. These bottles are perfect. They are classy, lightweight, sleek, and not bulky. Beautiful colors, too. We were reminded quickly, however, that they are glass, not plastic, when my husband's rolled off a lounge chair and broke. The company enclosed a note with the shipment that if a bottle breaks within a certain time they will replace it. And they did! After an email to the company, a replacement bottle was delivered immediately. Wonderful and friendly customer service. So treat the glass bottles with the respect they deserve, and you will love them!

It comes with a bamboo lid with string that I prefer because the strap is handy, and it looks prettier. BUT the metal lid can go in dishwasher, so I prefer THAT. If only the metal lid had a strap, that would be perfect. The glass feels nice and sturdy, with a thin silicon wrap. It’s easy to separate and easy to wash both pieces. It fits in my small SUV cupholder. Overall does what it is supposed to.

**Q: Does the cap contain any plastic components?**
A: The cap is comprised of a bamboo exterior and a white plastic interior. The white plastic does come into contact with whatever liquid you have in the bottle. I wish I knew if the white plastic was BPA-free and/or safe. Anyone?

A: No, the sleeve is removable but it also has a small hole at the bottom allowing water to go through

Very pleased with the quality of the glass and silicon grip. I was looking for a bottle smaller than my very large wide-mouth one I usually use. This one is lightweight enough for short walks. I like that it comes with 2 lids. One has a loop, which is nice for walking as well.
