My husband and I received our 3rd pair of the Pluma fins today and are very pleased with the Quality and our first test run in the pool. Once fitted to your preferences, these fins are flawless in the water and completely ideal for our needs in both snorkeling and free diving, in the warm waters here in South Florida and the Keys. While it is too early to determine lasting quality, first impressions are thumbs up. Now, about the sizing. It really helps to know your true European size from a reliable source, either at home or at many stores such as a running store. This is a much more accurate sizing than the random lack of conformity in many U.S. Shoe brands where the sizing can be all over the chart. As we are also avid Vibram wearers, we already knew our sizes and find that many European shoe brands are sized more consistently within their sizing charts. I am a true 37 and generally a U.S. size 7 to 7 1/2 depending on the brand. I ordered the size (4/5 ladies 6/7 EU 37/38) and found them to be too big in both length and width for barefoot use. I have average width feet, definitely NOT narrow. I do believe that with a 2 mm neoprene sock, the fit would have been great. I decided to order the size (2.5/3.5 Eu 35/36) and found them to be perfect for barefoot use! No slipping, no pressure points and a tiny bit of toe room forward. My husband is a 43 and We chose to order him a size (7/8 Eu 41/42) based on my experiences and his are also a ferfect barefoot fit. Perhaps Cressi intended you to wear a neoprene sock because the size chart definitely lines up accurately, in my case, if so. However, I prefer going barefoot in our warm waters and do not need extra foot protection and would recommend you size down a size if you also intend on going barefoot. Overall, these are good looking fins that work great and are easy on the checkbook.

The Cressi Pluma fins are excellent in both quality and comfort. The foot pocket fits perfectly without causing discomfort, even after hours of use. They are made with strong yet lightweight materials, allowing for smooth and efficient swimming. The propulsion is impressive, making them ideal for recreational snorkeling and light diving. The Italian design really shows in both style and ergonomics. They’re also very easy to put on and take off, which is very convenient. Definitely a great investment for anyone looking for performance and comfort in the water.

Sizing is accurate per the chart really. If you type size conversion into google you will be able to bring up your Euro size. Go with that. I'm an 8 US and I bought the 39/40. I much much much prefer the closed foot flippers. I'm sure divers have a different preference but for snorkeling I don't want to deal with snaps and straps- which btw tend to break when you need them the most. Things to know about these: The fins are relatively stiff- not rubber. over time I could see these potentially cracking but so far I have had no issues. They are LARGE. I don't know what I was expecting because the measurements are accurate. If you are someone with ankle issues you should think about that since these do feel like they place a bit more strain on that area. That being said I bought two pairs, one for myself and one for my snorkel buddy, and we had no issues at all. They are really comfortable. I can wear these with or without fin socks. Either way I don't ever feel like I'm going to lose them in the water and either way I find them very comfortable. My snorkel buddy preferred them without fin socks.

I like the fins but the sizing is big. Choose at least one size small if you prefer your fins to fit snug. Maybe 2 sizes. See image of chart sent with the fins. I wear size 39 / 8.5. The fin is marked on the bottom with the appropriate size. With my toes as far forward as possible, I can fit two finger widths in the shoe behind my heel. I’m used to my fins being super duper tight. I can’t return since I need to use soon. But I’ll wear them with swim socks and hopefully be fine. If not, my 10yr old will use them in a couple years when his feet surpass mine. I think I’ll be purchasing again 2 sizes smaller. Pros: good length. Good shoe, thick rubber, heel nubs on bottom to prevent damage if you stand/walk, light weight, toes have a vent under the fin, good construction, and the shape keepers allow you to easily grab and go.

I wear a size 11.5-12 in mens shoes and the size 10/11 fit my feet perfectly with still a bit of room so id imagine if you wear 12.5 these would work perfectly, very comfy and I recommend these over heel straps as many people wearing them were slowing our snorkel trip down because they kept having to re-adjust their fins. They were great in the water, originally I wanted to buy the short fins that would fit in my carry on but im glad I didn't. The length of these was just right to propel a guy of my size through the water with ease, I'm 6'0'' 250lbs so the short fins would have been constant kicking. Bottoms of feet are hard material so you can stand up without having to worry about being stabbed by anything, they also have little traction knobs so you don't slip on algae which was a huge help trying to get in and out of slippery areas. Glad I bought these, I went snorkeling a couple of times a day for five days and didn't get the slightest foot irritation/heel sores. Very easy to get on and off even way out in the water when I had to dump some sand out. Buy these don't buy the cheap US divers gear some of my family ordered US divers and it ALL broke they had to go and rent new snorkel gear.

I’m a senior and have been daily lap swimmer, well, for decades! I have been using scuba fins for a number of years to build my endurance, strength, and bone density. That having been said, I my prior fins, which I loved, same company, started to disintegrate, so after reading reviews, I decided to check these out. I ordered down, as per many reviewers recommended. Well, I LOVE these fins, but I could have sized down just a bit more. However, even slightly large, I love them too much to return them and wait for another pair! I’ve been using them for about a week now and I expect this “relationship” to last!

Bought these fins for my husband to take with us snorkeling in Hawaii. Purchased after doing some research on fins and noting the high reviews these got both on Amazon and elsewhere. Also read that full foot fins (as opposed to adjustable strap fit) are preferable. I was a little leary to order them because of their full size length, but am glad I did. They fit easily in our 26" suitcase, and my husband said maneuvering in them felt effortless, and with the aqua socks we ordered, these we very comfortable for him. I ordered shorter, adjustable strap fins for myself (mainly because they came in pink), but for future do wish I'd had longer, full foot fins as my shorter ones seemed like they were not so great as my husband's for propelling me, and my adjustable straps would hit my ankles in the water. SO, my husband loves them and I am looking to upgrade to these as well for our future snorkeling trips.

● Informationen zur Verpackung & Versand Die Flossen werden verpackt in einer großen Plastiktüte in einem großen Paket angeliefert. So können diese beim Versand nicht beschädigt oder zerkratzt werden. Schön fand ich, dass es noch Gummispanner für die Flossen gibt, sodass diese nicht eingedrückt werden. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit kam das Paar bei mir an. Trotz der Größe der Flossen wurde jedoch eine viel zu große Verpackung gewählt. ● Information über die Nutzung Die Flossen wurden von mir für den Einsatz zum Schnorcheln im Wasser mit etwas stärkerer Strömung gekauft. Trotz dessen dass ich bisher noch nie mit Flossen geschnorchelt bin, hatte ich keine Probleme zum Eingewöhnen. Die Flossen lassen sich sehr einfach und bequem anziehen und haben an den Füßen eine gute Passform. Die Flossen fühlen sich angenehm an und sind trotz ihrer Steifigkeit im Wasser gut zu nutzen. Auch ist die Öffnung vorne an den Zehen optimal, da hier aufgenommener Sand rausfliessen kann. Doch auch hilft die Öffnung dabei, dass sich der Fuß nicht eingeklemmt vorkommt und bietet auch etwas Freiheit für die Zehen. So können keine Blasen oder ähnliches an den Füßen entstehen. Durch die kleine Welle am Kopf der Flossen kann das Wasser beim Schnorcheln gut „getreten“ werden, sodass man schnell vorankommen kann. Auch die Reinigung der Flossen geht schnell und einfach. Für diesen Preis macht man bei diesen Flossen keinen schlechten Deal! Daher gibt’s von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Ein schönes Design und eine schöne Farbe kann hier ausgesucht werden. In meinen Augen sind diese Flossen sehr gut für Anfänger die nur schnorcheln möchten perfekt zur Nutzung.
