Completely indistinguishable from real tile until you touch it and even then people have to ask what it is because it doesn't feel cheap or look 'stuck on' at all (if installed well).Minus 1-star is NOT for the product quality at all, but rather for order fulfilment. I ordered 3 packages (of 6 sheets), 1 of which was available as 'repackaged' from Amazon Warehouse Deals for a cheaper price... this package arrived with a menagerie of cut-up pieces of sheets that (a) did not total 6 sheets and (b) did not have liners on the backs so they were stuck together and thus unusable when pulled apart (glue residue from the bottom of each sheet either remained stuck to the top of the next sheet or peeled the finish off when separated). They were so easy to put up & look fantastic. We have tiled counters & floors with real tile & working with tile is not fun (prep, cutting, mixing, laying, grout...etc) so putting these up was a relationship builder! Ink pen, measuring tape, straight edge, & a cutting blade was all that was needed. Of course the wall needs to be cleaned but that's a breeze. There is a how to video on Smart tile's website that helps to understand the basics of installation; it's short & easy to understand. Did I mention they look fantastic?
