I have to say I have never taken a multi that I actually could tell made a difference until now. I have gained steady energy, I have been in a decent mood. I have a sensitive stomach and they do not affect that negatively in any way. Also, idk what people are saying about a smell. I don’t smell anything? They also have no aftertaste. And..they are pretty. Okay. Update, I cannot handle the iron. If it was sans iron it would be perfect. So everything I said above is true for people who can handle iron.
