Very simple to install. Just the right size and the drawer slides smoothly again!

worked fine...the good-nails are very sharp so hammering them into the hardwood was easy. the bad-well not so bad...the plastic pad should be thicker. If thicker you could always file them down if needed..you can't make them thicker.

Worked perfect to replace the tack in glides of an old dresser I was working on. Was happy to find these.

It is amazing how well these little tacks work. One of my dresser drawers was giving me fits. I finally figured out the existing glide was missing and ordered these. Then I went around to every piece of furniture with drawers and found many of the old ones were cracked, etc. and replaced them as well. It's been over a year and they are still like new and working well.

Do the job but break quite easily. Once in place they seem to be doing the job. However, I am just beginning to refinish wood furniture and find these too little for my hands which are quite nimble. The nails are also short making these hard ribbons onto when installing. Easier on soft woods that I can push in like a thumb tax to get started but they break on maple & cherry. Will try another brand & see if they are easier to work with i.e. have longer nails and a bit more girth to hold onto & not break if need to adjust position.

I had put these on a dresser years ago, and they are still in good shape. The drawers slide easily in and out. I recently refinished a chest of drawers. They had that chalkboard sound of wood squeaking against each other, and it wasn't a smooth slide. So I put these on the 2 top drawers. They really help. You have to be careful installing them. I pushed them part way in with my thumb. Then put a piece of wood over the glide, then put a hand of both sides of the glide to squeeze the glides in. They will break if you hit them wrong with a hammer. And there isn't a lot of room for a hammer. When installing the glides for the top shelf, the drawer slid nice until the back end started bottoming on the wood as it was being pushed in. So I put a 2nd glide about 6 inches behind the first glide, so the drawer would always be sitting on the glides, and never on the wood.

These worked but were flimsy. I broke just as many as I successfully hammered in.
