One a day to keep away from the Doctor!
I started using when I had read online that taking a Vit D supplement helped boost your immune system. I still have an occasional cold but they are not Manflu'. I take one tablet in the morning, easy to take with water or tea!

Easy to take, the tablet is small, easy to swallow value for money because there are so many and it also has the K2 in it. Take is with any sort of fat, because that will absorb it in to the body.

Larger pill - harder to swallow
Have bought these multiple times - the most recent bottle had much larger pills (8mm dia, 5mm height) - approx twice the height, which makes them harder to swallow.

Using it daily
Use it daily. I mainly got it for hair, skin and nail health. Nails are not looking any better after months of daily use. But, my skin is looking healthy. I'll keep at it. Taste is like putrid, muddy grass clippings. Horrible. But, that's the facts of meds, I guess?? I chase it with some juice or milk.
