Starlit must mean glitter
I didn't catch in the description that there was glitter in the pencil. It does flake. Also, I have to clean up the outer corner of my eyes on the repeat because I find it running off from natural tearing or tearing caused by glitter getting in my eye. It does go on smooth and is easy to blend with the blend tip, and the color does stay all day. I do put my shadow on after applying my pencil and I do put the eye shadow over the liner, but that does not prevent the flaking of the glitter, as an FYI.
