Edit: package arrived the next day. I didn't get any notice, had to call the place of delivery to check before driving way out there again. That's on UPS, usually great. Product itself is great, I feel stronger, more "normal" for me when I take it regularly. Product is great 5 stars. Trying to get somebody's attention that the package says delivered to the listed pickup site BUT IT ISN'T. Filing a claim is a f'n exercise in how companies block taking responsibility.

Tart But Effective
I tried a lower dosage Solaray B-12 lozenge, then I saw this one on Amazon and decided to try the higher dose. These lozenges are a bit more tart than the lower dose version, and might be a slightly different flavor. They are very effective! My energy level jumps after I take one.

Tranquilidad para vegetarianos
Confió mucho en el uso de suplementos y el uso Methyl B12 es muy importante. Aun cuando no se sea vegetariano, tengo entendido que los adultos podríamos no estar absorbiendo suficiente B12 y entre otras cosas puede afectar la memoria y/o el estado de ánimo. Ya que es soluble en agua no hay riesgo de acumúlala en el organismo.
