Light and sturdy. All the holes come pre drilled for rear fenders now so there's no need to drill yourself now. I used two bolts in the back and 8mm push pins for rest.

Machined well, lines up. Looks good, the front fenders and simple and quick to install, bolt right up. The rear is a little misleading, as the directions could be better, it says to use m10 pneumatic rivet nut set drill, for one it’s m8 in size nutserts, forget the drill but ur going to need a nutsert tool, (I recommend rough country. Great bang for buck and has tons of attachments for any other projects down the road.) additionally ur going to have to drill out some of the rear holes a little bit, to get the nutsert in their as stock, it won’t fit. Once you figure all that out though everything will go smooth at that point. For me I had to do a little custom cutting with a Dremel as I have a rugged ridge roof rack, in the end it’s turned out great though. Would of liked to have been a little prepared more as some reviews have been misleading, again the front fenders are bolt right up but the rear are not, not hard if you are willing to put in a little extra work, worth it in the end

Great product. It looks fantastic on my Jeep. Huge upgrade from the plastic fenders. Easy to install and really fair price.

Some reviews on here complaining about the coating. For the cost, who cares lol. I like them, and the install was pretty simple. Came with everything I needed to install including a riv-nut install tool. You will need a step bit to open up the factory holes a bit to get the riv-nuts to fit on the rear. But other than that, flawless. Anyone can do it. They're cheap, metal, look awesome. I'm happy. Just a heads up, the packaging was goodish, however typical shipping scars. Did have some coating missing on a couple of the sharp corners on a couple fenders but. Again. It's a jeep. If you want a beauty queen mall crawler, you're dumb. Lol. 4 stars just cuz there could have been more packing inside the box for drop protection. If the coating comes off and they get rusty, I will simply unbolt them and spray them.

Fenders are awesome easy to install for most part and look great! Only con would be the rivnuts for the rear fenders. The tool provided split before it could even install a single rivet other than that great deal for an awesome look and functionality!

I took my time and read a lot of reviews before settling on the Hook & Road metal fenders. Upon receiving the fenders I noticed one was scratched, another one had a dimple in the metal and 2 others had the undercoat showing through the paint. I contacted Hook and Road and Kathy handled the problem quickly with a new set of fenders sent out immediately (arrived unblemished). Installation was a breeze and fenders look great. Thanks Kat! 8 month update. Fenders still looking and performing great. In March I cut former front wheel well covers and reinstalled with new fenders since there is some mechanics in front wheel well. Left back wheel well naked. I've noticed after market wheel well covers are metal and didn't want that noise every time a rock let loose from the front tire.

6/25/26 - Purchased fender flares 6/30/26 - Order arrived without hardware 7/01/26 - Requested missing hardware 7/02/26 - Hooke responded that the hardware will take 10-18 days to arrive since the parts are shipping from overseas and they would provide tracking when the hardware ships. 7/11/26 - Contacted Hooke Road asking for tracking info for hardware, they informed me that the hardware had not shipped yet. Im extremely disappointed -- the refund period is only 30 days so now my only options are to buy my own hardware or ship this big box of fenders back for a refund - both of which are unacceptable, inconvenient soultions. I just want the damn mounting hardware so I can install these fender flares. At this point i do not recommend this company.

I had some expensive sets in the past in the 700 range... Aluminum with pipe trim..etc.. it all goes in the trash once you get a flare damaged on the trail and of coarse they only come in pairs so it is double the damage (-; I've had enough and decided to give a try to something cheap that can be easily fixed (Steel VS Aluminum). I didn't expect much for such a low price but oh boy was I wrong.. great set of flares that fit the JK like a glove with zero mounting issues. Not only they look great but they are easy to fix being completely flat without a tubed edge and made of Steel. Very lightweight too. If a bigger damage occurs down the road I can always buy a new set for a little over $100. Awesome!!!!!

Hookeroad has me for life. The fit and finish is absolutely perfect. The only thing I did was upgrade the self tapping screws to a bigger size as the ones provided are not super strong. But overall, if you're looking to open up your wheels for more space and travel, these will do. They are very utilitarian in design and will be fantastic off road. I am pleased with the look and would recommend them to anyone looking for that type of fender. These are not armor or meant to rub against objects. They are truly a look and upgrade from the awful stock fenders. For the money, you can't go wrong. Also, don't fuss with keeping the inner fenders. Buy yourself some new ones and you'll be very happy I promise.

Love these fenders. Hated the stock ones and really wanted the more sport look of a short fender. Currently running these with 32's and they stick out a little. Rust will obviously be an issue with an all steel fenders and the drilling required (body rust). I see myself touching up the fender annually with spray paint but thats OK for the price. Overall stellar value for how it changes the entire jeeps look.

Super impressed with this budget friendly flare. Though I’m disappointed that while in the middle of the install, I discovered there wasn’t enough hardware. The directions are easy to follow, but could use a little more detail. There are actually 6 bolts on the front fenders, not 5.

These look great! Installation is a likely tricky and fiddly (and may benefit from buying separate bolts, etc.) but the result is worthwhile, aesthetically. On the trail, they can only take limited abuse, but the plus is that they deform without transferring damage to the body, and they are easily reshapable: A bottle jack sitting on the tire, a rubber mallet, and a slide or tube clamp, and they shape right back up (patience and fiddling required).

Great product for the money. fender to body alignment not quite perfect but acceptable. All holes lined up. Gave me clearance needed for 37x12.5xR20s. I recommend cutting the stock rear bumper back and trimming an edge in the rear for big tires. Install time is longer if you modify your stock mud/splash guard on the front to work with it. Took me 2.5 hours with cleanup.
