Every year around this time I have the same realization. It goes something like: “Wow, I am glowing… like printer paper.” I’m naturally pretty fair, and since I work from home and edit videos like a little cave goblin most days, the sun and I are not exactly best friends. I wanted a tiny bit of color without committing to a full self-tan ritual that involves mitts, exfoliating schedules, and praying I don’t look like a streaky pumpkin. Enter this Jergens Natural Glow +Firming lotion. I grabbed it because I wanted something lazy-girl simple. Like… slap it on after a shower and go live my life simple. And honestly? That’s exactly what this is. The first night I used it, I treated it like regular lotion. No ceremony. Just rubbed it in while watching YouTube and went to bed. No weird sticky feeling, no “don’t sit on anything white for 6 hours” panic. It dries like a normal moisturizer, which already puts it ahead of a lot of self tanners I’ve tried. By day two or three, I started noticing that “wait… did I go outside?” glow. Nothing dramatic. No fake tan line energy. Just a soft, believable warmth to my skin like I’d been on a weekend walk instead of glued to my desk chair. It builds slowly, which I actually prefer. You’re not waking up shocked at a new shade of yourself. It’s more like your skin quietly levels up overnight. The lotion itself feels nice too. Not greasy, not heavy. Just a solid everyday moisturizer. My legs especially felt smoother and less dry, which is a win even without the tan. Now about the “firming/cellulite” claims. I’m realistic. No lotion is out here performing wizardry. But I will say my skin looks a little smoother and more even overall. Maybe it’s the hydration, maybe it’s the subtle color helping blur things out. Either way, I’ll take it. The scent is light and clean. Not that classic self-tanner smell that sneaks up on you halfway through the day. Nobody at the grocery store is going to clock you as “recently marinated.” If there’s any catch, it’s just that you have to be consistent. Skip a few days and the glow slowly fades. But that’s kind of the point with a gradual tanner. For around $10, it’s honestly such an easy, low-effort way to look a little more alive and a little less “indoor plant.” Final thoughts: If you want a deep vacation tan, this isn’t it. But if you want a subtle, healthy glow with zero drama and the bonus of good hydration, this stuff is a staple. It’s basically my “fake I go outside” lotion, and I mean that in the best way possible.

This tanning lotion is surprisingly good quality for less money. I have fair skin and had almost no issues with streaking or discoloration. The only problem area was on my ankle bone, but should have exfoliated that a bit first. I applied a small amount of my regular lotion before applying this, and it worked great. Went 3-4 days between applications and color seemed to maintain. Not a dark tan, but a nice, subtle color that takes the sting out of very fair skin in the sun.

I purchased this Jergens Natural Glow + Firming lotion to add a little color to my skin while keeping it moisturized. As a daily lotion, it works well and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. The gradual color develops naturally and doesn't look overly orange on my fair-to-medium skin tone. While I was happy with the moisturizing benefits and subtle glow, I didn’t notice much in terms of skin-tightening or any visible “firming” effect. The lotion performed well as a moisturizer and self-tanner, but that specific benefit wasn’t noticeable for me. Pros: Moisturizes well Gradual, natural-looking color Easy to apply No harsh self-tanner look Cons: No noticeable skin-tightening effect Takes several applications to build color Overall, this is a good daily lotion that provides a natural-looking glow and keeps skin hydrated. I would purchase it again for the moisturizing and tanning benefits, but not for the added skin-tightening claim.

Absolutely fabulous product! Smells amazing! Makes your skin so soft. Apply at night and wake up to a perfect sun kissed tan! No streaks! I have received so many compliments about my “tan”.

THIS WORKS!! I love this stuff. It has a slight tropical almost coconut smell to it. Not a fake tan smell at all! It’s a lightweight texture and doesn’t leave you sticky. I prefer this over the original one. It has a nice gradual tan with no orange color. Lasts if used daily. Haven’t noticed any firming but I bought for the tan! lol Make sure you buy the correct shade range because buying too dark can easily cause streaking and not as natural looking! 10/10 would recommend!! I’ve use this in the past and the smell is good but does start to get old after enough use lol. I put this on before bed last night and saw results in the morning, after just one use. It did not leave any streaks. I’m very pleased and this is a great price. Plus you get the moisturizer and firming perks.

This product ROCKS !!! It gets darker with each application. I smells like "vacation" it is rich and moisturizing. I LOVE it !!! Plus I don't look a ghost...lol !! .

***Edit**** ***I am editing to add a fair warning. When I ran out, I noticed some of my skin, began to “patch” which is disappointing. I expected the tan to last ,at least, a couple of weeks. It seems, this product needs to be applied consistently to keep up the tan color. I wouldn’t mind, but spending $10, on this, a week, feels a little excessive. *** I have noticed that with my skin complexion, some parts of my skin are lighter than others. This was one of the main reasons why I chose to get a self tanner. I wanted to even out my skin tone, and add a bit of “color” to myself. Jergens Natural Glow has met my expectations very well! Applying the lotion is very easy. However, I learned and read of a few tips and tricks. Apply lotion after shower, make sure to shave before applying. Apply little amounts on elbows, knees, ankles, knuckles, as these parts may appear darker. I noticed results, a day after. Apply depending on how tan you want to be. Apply evenly, make sure to get your backside as well,(shoulders, back, etc.) You can apply regular (unscented) lotion once Jergen’s Instant Glow has dried off. I would recommend this product, and I will definitely be purchasing again! (Pictures show before Instant Glow, and day 3 of using Instant Glow.)

This is hands down the best self-tan I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t leave that unpleasant self-tan smell on your body. It has a really gorgeous scent. It produces a really natural colour gradually over 3-4 days which means it’s streak free as it builds up gradually. I hope they keep producing this for a long time as I’ll be using it forever 🤩

Ich habe dieses Produkt in Colorado Springs zum ersten mal kennen gelernt und war da schon ganz begeistert. Eine Bräunungscreme die nicht fleckig wird und ganz toll riecht. Als ich wieder in Deutschland war, habe ich sofort im Internet nachgeschaut, ob ich die Möglichkeit habe, diese Bräunungscreme auch hier zu bekommen. Meine Überraschung und Freude war riesig als ich fündig wurde und sah, ich kann diese Creme auch in Deutschland bekommen. Meine Begeisterung ist grenzenlos.
