I love to make YouTube videos and this was one of the items I sow many creators used to create content so I decided to give it a try. This item it really good if you are trying to record something you are doing with your own hands. It seems stable when recording using my cellphone.

Works great and does what it is meant for. Good price and would buy it again!

A little loose sometimes but so far so good

Though it easy to use, the material is flimsy. Any movement you make and the mount loses the position you put it in. The bolts don’t tighten. It’s overall not worth the money.

Was nice while it lasted but in the end fell to pieces dropped my phone . Still worth the price

For all those who decry the lack of included instructions it seems the vendor has made a very short but succinct video to show how the 3 pieces go together. And if you're expecting a finely machined piece of equipment for $17 you'll be disappointed. But it grips the camera nicely; I'm only using a regular phone, not a max, but the clamp holds it quite well. What I found amazing, and this has little to do with the mount, but I was able to create decent hand-held quality video while walking, slowly and carefully. Not as good as a crane, but decently smooth. As another user has shown, not for horseback riding <g>. And while the camera clamps nicely into the mount, the included lanyard provides some assurance that, should so e piece of plastic fail, the camera will still be attached to you. Very nice.

Not sure what to expect and I may have just been doing it wrong, but it doesn't face directly forward. it faces ever so slightly down which is extremely frustrating. is easy to put on, but its not very practical, especially if there is a lot of vibrations.
