the volume slider is a little touchy, have to be gentle as opposed to buttons but volume quality is very good, goes loud, good range. The sound is much better than generic earbuds that come with phones. speaker/mic works very well for phone calls ( my sister could hear birds chirping on my end of the call, but the noise canceling was good enough to block them from me), and music and podcasts sound very good, hearing notes in songs old earbuds couldn't give me. not expensive, very worthwhile. I like the magnet buds, when I pop them out to attend to something, they don't get lost down my shirt, they stick together, kinda nice. Also, nice drawstring velvet pouch to keep them in.

For the money these headphones are exceptional. I have spent similar money before (around £15), however these look to be a cut above the average. The lead looks robust and a bit longer than average. The headphones are a comfortable fit even without the optional foam covers. I tend to use headphones for listening to an MP3 player and the sound is clear across all ranges. They come with a nice little tin plus a carry bag. The headphones have a magnetic tab on the back to enable them to stick together to avoid tangling. I think the model I purchased is an older one as it has a 3.5 jack plug. This suits me fine as my phone still has this facility which is becoming a rarity these days. all in all - very pleased with the purchase = the 5 year guarantee is an added bonus.

I want to take the time to address two things with this product and company. Firstly the product itself. The included rubber pieces that affix to the earbud help to seal some outside noise out and the sound quality is great. They have some clarity and noticeable low end frequencies even for such a small product. I purchased my first pair for use at work about a year and a half ago, and use this same exact brand and type of headphones today. Unfortunately I was a little rough with them a year ago and accidentally broke them and promptly ordered another pair because I liked them so much. Now to talk about the customer service, just last week I accidentally broke that pair of headphones but realized that there is a warranty on the product and sent the support team an email. They responded to me the same day and worked out the details with me to send me another pair free ; they even paid for the shipping! They were kind and my new pair arrived very very quickly, in 2 days to my doorstep and they included a nice note with the new package and I am very delighted. They will continue to have my service for a long time.
