HIBLOW HP-60/80 Rebuild/Repair Kit - Genuine Factory Certified

Worked and fit as advertised. No directions, but there are plenty of YouTube videos. The kit installs in approximately 20 - 30 minutes.

Perfect rebuild kit for worn out/torn HIBLOW diaphragm aerator pump. Was quoted close to $300 for pump to be repaired with a similar kit by a local septic service. Decided to purchase this rebuild kit at just a fraction of that price. Has now been running for over a year without any issues. Very easy to install and I was able to get back up and running in about 30 minutes. If you’re willing to put in a little work, then this kit is a great deal!

Exactly what I needed to repair the unit, at less than a third of the cost. Repair can be done easily with standard tools (screwdriver, sockets), and Hiblow has instructional videos on Youtube.

This rebuild kit was exactly what I needed. My compressor died and thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Turns out I just needed to replace the insides. This kit brought my compressor back to life, hopefully for a couple more years. Only buy the ones with the HiBlow name on them. The cheaper version being sold break after a few minutes.

My compressor alarm on my HiBlow-60 started going off the afternoon before my septic inspection guys were coming - great timing. I didn't know any better years ago when it happened and they replaced the pump on a separate system but having done some research since, I asked them about rebuild options on this one. They don't do rebuilds so I figured I'd give this a shot opposed to spending $700 to have them replace it. Turns out my diaphragms were shot (see picture to understand what bad ones look like). Watch the HiBlow video - it's very easy to replace/install their kit. It's also critical to get the slide on top of the pressure sensor switch at the end of things or it still won't work and your light will still be on. I used a small flat-head to help push it down as I slide the plastic in place. A piece of advice - make sure to flip your breaker/turn off power. I initially didn't and got a little shock as I started to disassemble... I also had ordered a 7mm socket instead of taking a chance on a 9/32. I figured for $5, why risk not having the right sized tool.

La pompe n'a jamais Roule Aussi en Douceur,si peu Bruyante !!!... le Tecnitien avait changé ce kit il y a + - 2 ans, et Ça n'était même pas des Pièces D'origie, à Prix Superieur !!!... Installation facile en Visionnant un Vidéo Yotoube avant pr infos, surtout pr l'installation de la petite visse de sécurité ( Fournie ds le kit )qui se casse quand les digrammes défoncés et qui fait arrêter le moteur instantanéement pr. le proteger ! Il est Important de Canger le kit complet, car les 2 caps qui racordent les hoses 5/8" comprennent des petites valves Inaparentes qui peuvent etre dues... Reste au temps à prouver la difference de qualités des pièces ! A date je suis Tresss Satisfait !

When I discovered the pump had stopped working, I was bummed out. I was even more bummed out when I found out a new diaphram pump costs $500 ! I investigated a bit and stumbled upon this repair kit. There are a few videos on youtube that explain the process really well. If you are a bit handy, you can turn a $500 replacement into a $100 repair. And it feels really good to repair something too! The price point is a bit high for what the materials are, but it's worth paying a bit more and get the real rebuild kit instead of the cheap knock-off kits... It's been 5 months and the pump is working with no issue!
