Ultra Tec Biltong-Pro radiused Cutter with Magnetic Stainless Steel Tray

I was afraid the cutter would be cheap and not cut hard biltoung easily. It is solidly made and high quality. I have been using a sharp cleaver and struggling to cut pieces. Light pressure on the handle and snick.Major problem is that it is so easy to cut that you finish you biltoung in minutes

Love this Biltong Cutter! Amazing quality, from the wood to the steel and everything on how it is made, it is made to last! Super sturdy and heavy duty quality. Love the way it slides though the meat, super sharp knife. Great product, and I am really really pleased with the quality and craftsmanship, you don't find things like this anymore, and not a lot on Amazon. Definitely recommended and worth the money!!

Cuts my biltong with ease. It has a bowl shaped to it so if you get crumbs that don't fall into the tray you can still clean it easily. I've only used this for a couple weeks but out of the box it fit the bill for my new hobby.

This was a gift for my husband and he was so happy with the product. The suction on the base makes this cutter easy to use and the magnetic tray works well, blade is sturdy and super sharp. This saves him time when cutting his homemade biltong.

Bought this for my husband as a birthday present. He has a biltong subscription I got him last year. Well let's just say this was a hit!!! For someone who gets everything he wants when he wants it. It was good to get him something he liked. Easy to use. Cuts perfectly. And feels very sturdy.

So trying to cut biltong without this is not only difficult it’s also dangerous. We use biltong with our charcuterie fairly often and this slicer kicks ass. I also use it for salami, soppresatta, and other delicious cured meats. I don’t write many reviews on here- only when I’m really pleased or really pissed with a product- this thing works and I really like it- the magnetic tray is an unnecessary but appreciated touch. Buy this.

First one had an issue similar to another review where it wasn't aligned properly since the metal section was about 1/8" higher than wood section so it would would be difficult to use. Did an exchange and received a used unit with damage. Avoid this slicer at all cost if buying from Amazon.

Unfortunately did not use it on Biltong, but I am very pleased with it so far.
