Badly packaged
Broken upon arrival, blade is steel but cross guard is chrome

Broke as soon as I opened the box.
Okay... What the hell. When I got this flamberge in the mail today, half of the damn handguard came off! I'm giving it three stars because it was a good price, and pretty good quality leather used for it. But the steel used to make it was just... Awful. I want my money back, or a new sword sent to me.

Bent/crooked grip
The sword came crooked at the upper part of the grip, it is more noticeable here than in the video. It's a shame they are willing to send such a defective item to their costumer, otherwise I would give it 5/5 as the rest of the sword is fine.

Fantastic buy
Not the same length as a historical zweihander/montante/spadone which averaged about 5'5" but it is still a very impressive blade. It's 4 and a quarter feet long and can be wielded one handed due to its weight but I don't recommend it. I absolutely love it because I can practice the western martial art specifically for this style of sword and not be overly worried about the oversized length. It should be noted that the name flamberge just comes from the kris pattern blade and is not the actual sword name.
