Does this mascara clump?

It does If used by itself, I use the maybelline colossal waterproof first and it doesn't clump up as much! Definitely makes the lashes fuller!

What’s the best product to remove this waterproof mascara ? I’ve read it’s difficult to remove along with loosing lashes.
