The time is stuck how do i change it or do i need to get it replaced, i can wind it and change the date but not the time for some reason?

With the winder pressed inn you can wind the spring; with it pulled out to the first stop you can set the date; with it pulled out to the second stop (all the way) you can set the time.

The only place I would go to is in Newcastle upon Tyne in door market they have fixed my hubbys few times x

No idea but my husband says it's a great watch that keeps good time and survives good, hard , manual work days. Well worth the money .
