Good combo for immune support
I chose this vitamin supplement b/c it had most of the vitamins recommended by my doctor to help rebuild my immune system after having covid. It also includes other things like echinacea and natural things that are supposed to help your immune system. It seems to have helped, as Iāve gradually gotten better. The pills are large, but theyāre fairly easy to swallow with a glass of water. They donāt really have a noticeable flavor, so thatās not an issue if you ever have trouble taking pills. I always make sure to take mine with plenty of water, and b/c I have a sensitive stomach, I take them after a meal, as I do any medications I take.

I like what it offers, in terms of Ingredients, now at I've started them I feel great and hoping for less flu symptoms as time progress. It is easy to swallow, the taste is ok, the smell is fine.
