Kristin Ess Fragrance Free Shine Enhancing Conditioner For Unisex 10 Oz Conditioner

I used the Kristin Ess Fragrance Free Shine Enhancing Conditioner after washing with the matching Kristin Ess fragrance-free shampoo, and this conditioner truly completed the routine. For reference, I have very thick, long curly hair (3C–4A) with mixed curl patterns and some heat damage from mid-length to ends. The back middle section of my head is more 4A, and when I have new growth that’s shorter (around 4–6 inches), it tends to mat badly during wash days, which is something I struggle with using other products. This conditioner surprised me in the best way — it gave my hair enough slip, hydration, and softness that I was able to detangle with my fingers first, and then go in with a wide-tooth comb. I finished my shower with no tangles, and my hair felt hydrated, soft, smooth, and healthy (not dry or stripped), even after using a clarifying shampoo. Another bonus is that a little goes a long way — I didn’t need nearly as much as I usually do to detangle, so I can tell this bottle will last a long time. I also love that it’s fragrance-free (a must for me), and the formula is vegan, paraben-free, sulfate-free, phthalate-free, and silicone-free, which makes it feel like a clean option I can trust. I’m honestly so happy I found this duo, and I plan to keep using this brand as long as they don’t change the formula — it really works. Highly recommend for the natural curly hair community, especially if you deal with tangles or matting.

It's a little pricey, but this is a great conditioner for my curly hair. I have to use a fairly large amount, but it detangles my hair well and keeps my hair soft. It is fragrance free with no weird scent. It is one of the only conditioners I'm not allergic to that I like. I keep coming back to it.

My daughter has severe eczema and has to use scent free everything. This conditioner is completely scent free (which is hard to find) and we love it!

The conditioner is creamy and nice and doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin. The bottle broke quickly after I started using it and it is very hard to get conditioner out now. I will use it up, but I won't purchase again just because of the bad bottle design.
