Made my life super easy. For a person like me who was scared of usi g stove pressure cookers. This is a life saver. Good product. Takes little time to heat up but thats a plus. As it doesn't burn down.

Unclear instructions of using the item is a bit if problem,i wish to have more clear and open instruction of each cooking option and book of recepies would help a lot.as well no reviews in internet.Tho i specificly was looking for a black+decker nrand since all my other items are from them and they are beoynd expectations, very funcrional and easy to use.if you never used multicooker before this is not the best option

Product looks new and functional but its used before . within the first 30 minutes of use and error popped . I gave it another chance error again , I used chatgbt and apparently its related to a sensor where I paid for a new and got a delivered a used dysfunctional machine. I dont recommend.

I have mostly used it for dried chickpeas - soak 6 hours and then add 1/4 tsp baking soda and pressure cook 20 minutes on beans setting. Great for hummus! I also frequently make rice in it. 'Saute' takes time to heat but then gets really hot so turn it off after 5 minutes so you don't burn your spices..

Recently bought this and so far I’m very pleased with its performance, definitely recommend it

Works great. I can now prepare food way faster. All meat are ready in less than 30 min. Rice is also great in 10 min. You can prepare unlimited variety of dishes in it. It's my best kitchen appliance I've bought so far and best money value investment. Absolutely a necessity.

The product came with a steam rack of the wrong size, I couldn’t use it. I spoke to Anasia (the official dealer of Black+decker) and by the time they told me they couldn’t help me the return window had closed. Very frustrating considering how expensive this pot is.
