Jerry Q Art 12 Pcs Detail Paint Brushes, Golden Synthetic Hair, High Performance for Oil, Acrylic and Watercolor JQ-503

Bought for the rigger/liner brushes to paint long thin lines on a thin budget. So far they're doing the job just fine. No lost hairs. Seem like they'll hold up well. The only nit to pick with them is a minor brush packaging one that didn't affect the brushes themselves. The side seam split on the plastic envelope the brushes came in. Not a problem in itself since the brushes are secured to a cardboard card. Four of the little clear plastic tubes that protect bristles during shipping had come off. I found two on the floor after opening the shipping box (thanks to bare feet.) I haven't found the other two so no telling where/when they came free. The good part is that even though two of the tubes had come off of long riggers all bristles were pristine in their mastic secured pointyness.

After hearing of these brushes from a painter, I ordered them for a project that required detailing brushes in small areas. These brushes have been a life saver! I do a lot of customized painting for various occasions, such as birthdays, weddings, holidays, etc... often hand-lettering in small spaces - these are PERFECT.

These are really good brushes for acrylic and gouache. They don't hold up as well as high quality brushes but they are well worth the cost and much better than the more common beginner brushes.

I am always looking to pick up a few quality detail. Brushes, these are quality and there are different sizes. So you can select the specific size for your needs. I enjoy using these daily they have very good quality.

I use for acrylic painting in details. Pretty good especilly for the price

Rigger (fine line) brushes were essential to paint clean edges on my little barn; and my brush collection, accumulated over decades of saving leftovers from my (almost 40) daughter's childhood, won't suffice. (Most said Crayola on the colored plastic handles.) This well-made, 12-brush, easily affordable set keeps its shape during use and after cleaning and is perfect.

After two uses the tips curled. Actually think it was just one use but I'm trying to be nice. Still has a tip, just curved badly so it is still usable. I believe I will try another brand next time. You get what you pay for here. Cheap and usable is the most positive things I can say about it.

Liner brushes are expensive this brand was the cheapest I could find , does the job. A must have in your art room if you love painting branches.

Decent quality detail brushes, nothing out of this world but good quality for the price and does the job. Thanku!
