Yes, this is what I used when I changed my spark plugs on the Mazda 3, 2012 Skyactiv 2.0.

Q: This what confuses me. According to the manual a Mazda 3 2012 skyactiv 2.0 requires spark plugs gaped at 0.03-0.033; these are gapped at 0.044???

this is an updated plug from the original owners manual. The plug comes with an updated gap (.0414 to .0452) due to the technology of the plug.

Q: What size spark plug socket for ILKAR711 plugs? I’ve seen 9/16, 14mm and 5/16

14 mm works the best. The others are not long enough to cover the whole spark plug. I got my 14 mm socket at O’reilly auto parts but you will need an extension.

NGK iridium is the OEM part. The only difference is one is labeled Mazda and one is labeled NGK
