*Update*I’ve bought this a few times and been very pleased with it, but I think they have changed the formula as the smell is so overpowering now that it has given me a headacheSadly can no longer recommend it and dropping the stars down to 1So I have, as yet, to try it because the jet spray bottle has an American fitting-it is not a universal fitting for UK. So after a trip to B&Q I managed to find something that works-I have added a photo of the 2 pieces to help other people use it!The part with the screw end is called a hozelock Lat And Spiral hose adaptorAnd the other is a male/male hose adaptorHaving bought these it now works!I had contacted the makers of this product (based in US) on their website and they got back to me quite quickly but didn’t have a solution aside from sending it backI contacted the seller on Amazon who have said they will get back to me!So buyer beware you need other attachments to make it workYou can use product without it-you will have to mix according to the ratios needed-if that’s the case save yeself some money and buy without the jet spray

I have tried a couple of less expensive products and both did not work at all. They smell nice for 24 hrs, but the rancid smell of stale dog pee soon returns, making it quite unpleasant to sit in the garden. This product however came with rave reviews and a price tag 4 x higher, so I thought, let's try it as the nuclear option. It looks and smells very similar to the other products & unfortunately performs the same...i.e. doesn't. I even tried it at a 1:10 mix ration, stronger than the recommended 1:16 and it still made no difference. So much for all the nonsense about enzymes digesting the source of the bad smells. Just goes to show, paying more doesn't necessarily mean better results.

Excelente producto, retiro el olor de orines de mi patio totalmente y de forma rápida, lo utilicé como se indica y deja un agradable aroma, rinde bastante. Es un poco caro, pero he gastado en otros productos y es superior a otros más económicos que he comprado y prometían lo mismo.

Amazing! Worked right away! I had not noticed the smell in one area of the artificial turf and waited a long time before I did and ordered this right away. I believe the bottle states begins elimination in 7 seconds and it most definitely does. I ordered the lemon and eucalyptus scent, and it is wonderful, not overpowering at all but definitely eliminated the odor. I have two small dogs,

The dispenser has an American thread, which is no good in Australia!However have found an adapter at Bunnings.Great product that does the job in removing the urine smell.

Amazing but expensive. Need to use often but it does work and takes urine smell away asap!!!

Solo lo he usado una vez pero funcionó muy bien! Elimina los olores por bastante tiempo. Es un patio pequeño con pasto con dos perritos.
