This is second time the product is not working at all. I got it replaced and again they sent me nom working product

Look somewhere else for the same product
I'm not sure if it's even original Constantly breaking when I am watching something while on zoom I bought another pair of similar Sony buds which work beautifully and so I know the fault isn't with Sony

So let me be clear, i purchased these earbuds before, they were working fine and are absolutely AMAZING I REALLY LOVED THEM, unfortunately, I bought it twice again, and every single time its Faulty and fake, not pairing and left earbud not charging I think all of the 1 star reviews at some point all purchased same exact piece and refund it, again this 1 star is not for this amazing super high quality earbuds, its for the store, probably its very old production that keeps circulating and every one refunds them back
