NaturVet Emotional Support Daily Calming Aid Dog Supplement - 120ct

I have a 4 yr old Border Collie x German Shepherd (and Lab, Pit Bull, Australian Shepherd - mutt), so needless to say he's a very high energy, intelligent and emotional doggo. He struggles with remaining calm, and can get to be extremely reactive. Scary reactive sometimes (scary for others, to me he is always my sweet wittle bubby, he's crazy protective of me). BUT, that said, we cannot have him trying to eat everyone from my husband to complete strangers just because they came too close to me. We're doing some redirection training with an e-collar, and he's taking these calming supplements twice a day. I've got to say, these chews seem to be helping him and his emotional state far more than the e-collar. The value, I'm not gonna lie, they are a bit pricy, but they're worth it for my dog. Personally I think the do not smell very good, but I'm not the one eating them, he is, and he thinks they dmell great! He comes hustling right over when I reach for the jar and open it, drooling everywhere. They are a bit firm, but he's gotten used to that now. The first few times he had them, he had a bit of trouble figuring out how to chew them up (big mouth, small treats, he's a 95-100 lb dog), but he figured it out. They are very easy to use, there are weight-based directions on the jar label, so you simply follow those, and you too should be on your way toward a less chaotic household, with a calmer, happier pet!

OMG. These ACTUALLY WORK SO WELL!!! My boyfriend’s schnoodle is 14 years old and is blind and probably going deaf also. He has terrible anxiety too. He cries and whines and howls incessantly everyday. It’s the most nerve wracking thing to hear him and it gives me anxiety lol. But we were using the Calming soft chews they worked but not nearly as fast or as well. This variation for emotional support is EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT. The extra ingredients MUST do the trick with this one. I am so glad I got these and they worked within 30 mins, he whined a lot then, fought sleep then settled down very quickly. I wish I found these sooner!

Please do not give these to your dogs. I have been using these for about month and granted for me it worked help alleviate some anxiety my dog was having from sundowning. It helped him sooth his anxious repetitive behaviors and worries. Allowed him to sleep even and only get up a few times to drink water/use restroom as we have a doggy door. Although, he now has had terrible bowl moments. And I can concur that this is from this as nothing in his diet has changed. He is treated like royalty and eats the best food made for seniors and has beneficial fibers and hit nutrient points. Now after introducing this for the past month he now as of recently has had really bad constipation. I had to take him to the vet and he’s fine despite his tooshy being aggravated from extensive pushing. But he now refuses to eat them and I don’t even feel comfortable giving this another shot but wanted to see if he also refused to eat this like other dogs I’ve read of in the reviews. I feel terrible and only bought these to alleviate those sundowning anxieties. But I would much rather lose nights of sleep than know my dog may have received uncomfortable bowl movements, irritation due to this. Poor guy. Overall don’t recommend I’ve read a couple of reviews essentially saying their dogs refused to eat this and have also received diarrhea or other side effects.

Work well not great. But, for the price it calms Daisy Mae down alot. No drugs.

The first time I bought this over a year ago, it worked well and she loved eating them. This time however, they’re really hard for my dog to chew that I have to break them up for her.

I have a Sheba Inu. She's 2 and half yrs old and loaded with energy and has a mind of her own. With winter she is confined to the house. I have been giving her this for at least 2 months. I now have a GOOD DOG. She is a pleasure to have her now. Works good except she doesn't like the taste. I have to crush it and add canned dog food to it so she'll eat it. Wish they would flavor it more! Don't be afraid to purchase it-it does work

We rescue dogs and this is our "go to" to help calm newly rescued dogs. They eat it right up, no side effects, everyone seems to like it and it works! it doesn't make them drowsy, just calms them nicely so they can decompress and relax. helps with storms for our personal dogs, too and they like it. i highly recommend these treats!
