I don’t have wooden floors but if you wouldn’t use a wet mop in wood then I wouldn’t use anything that adds moisture to the surface of your wooden floor unless you know it’s treated and won’t warp

Will this machine clean ground in dirt on white porcelain floor tiles? At present the only way to get them clean is manually scrubbing with Ajax.

You can get stiffer rollers. It comes with ones that are quite soft so if you're scrubbing a stone floor with Ajax to get it clean then I'd say you'd need the tougher rollers that cost extra. I use mine on tiled and laminate floors and it's an excellent piece of kit can't fault it so far.

How can I get the rollers to stay on? They keep falling off

The rollers screw on and you should ensure that they are threaded on as far as they can go and onto their corresponding colours ie green to green blue to blue

Hi, which is better ,the fc5 corded or the fc7? i need it for a tiled shop floor for cleaning every night. fc5 has 460w power, fc7 only 80w....

I have the cordless (having upgraded from the corded) and see no reason why this shouldn.t do the job. Just make sure it's charged overnight and ready to go when you need it. I have a kitchen, hallway, lounge and conservatory with hard floors and it has never run out of charge.
