Beautiful bronze finish garden tricycle is now a dull pewter. So upset. Will the original finish come through over time?

I’m sure it will not bring back the bronze finish. You would needed to use this before you pot it out. And at least 3 coats. I have been using this product for awhile now and I always spray it on my pieces in the summer 2 for the summer and when I get them back out the next year I repeat it the same way. I have things that I’ve had at least 4 years and they look like I just bought them. I also use it on Mt artificial flowers and it really protects them from the sun. Can sunguard uv protectant spray be used on a brand new (unpainted) white exterior fiberglass door to protect from both water & direct sun damage?

It’s not really designed for that. You would have to reapply it every six months. It doesn’t waterproof either. It’s not a sealer— it’s more of a UV sunblock for items.

On an outdoor resin fountain, should I first apply a sealer (like Flex Seal) then this product?

I used this on a "fairy garden/village" that my wife was making. I used the product straight out of the can with no other preparation. I did use a double coat. Even after a beating in the South Texas sun and storms it still looks to be holding up very well. This winter I may clean them up piece-by-piece and reapply, but right now I don't see where it's necessary.
