Opti-Lube XPD All-Season Diesel Fuel Additive - Quarts (1 Quart (Treats 128 Gallons))

This stuff is statistically better than anything else on the market. Don't take my word for it. Go look at motor oil geek's video on diesel additives. This product provides significantly more lubrication and cetane than the others. (I'm talking about you, Archoil). I have used just about everything but now I buy a case at a time direct from the manufacturer. I have noticed my pickup idles quieter and I get a small bump in MPG, maybe .5 or 1. The biggest advantage is the CP4 protection. You can either spend the money on this every tank, or spend thousands on a pump and have your truck down. This product is cheap insurance!

Product is great. Use in my 6.7 Powerstroke in every fill up.

Although expensive I feel it’s the best bang for your buck. The size works perfectly for my RV fuel tank. I’ve noticed a smoother running engine and trust it with my rig. Recommend

I use Opti-Lube to protect the injection system on my 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. The newer ultra low sulphur diesel caused several of my injectors to fail (fortunately under warranty). I also operate my truck in cold weather and the local diesel fuel sometimes has moisture issues. I tried Opti-Lube after doing a bunch of research online and it seems to do the trick. My diesel mechanic recommended a FASS lift pump with dual filters (water separator and 3 micron filter) along with a premium additive. This combination eliminated all my injector issues and seems to make the truck run a little smoother. I think I picked up a little power and mileage as well. The containers work well including the pump gallon size and the smaller bottles which are portable. Just don't get any on your hands. It has a really strong smell and is hard to wash off. Other products used include Power Service and Standyne. I like Opti Lube better and the online testing results show it provides more lubricity.

I've been using Opti-Lube XPD for it's lubricity benefits since January 2025. 2013 Touareg TDI diesel. Hoping my HPFH lasts forever. I have had no issues. And I just recently had to remove my DPF for other exhaust work, and the DPF is super CLEAN inside, zero soot buildup at all. Impressive.

The best out there according to the experts. We use this in our BMW X5 Diesel.

been using this on my 2004 BEW VW with 350,000 miles. i consistently get 40.3 mpg have had this car since new. It appears to help with the running of the vehicle, however can be a placebo effect.
