This was an amazing find. I bought this because my girlfriend’s sister had a gluten allergy and it was her birthday and we wanted to make her a cake. It’s so hard to find good gluten free flower that will produce a good gluten free dessert but this one was great. You would never have known that it was a gluten free cake and it was so delicious. The texture is no different from a regular cake and the taste was just as good. It can be a little difficult to use and you might need to add a few other Ingredients to give it the right rise but otherwise it was easy to use and definitely made great desserts.

I usually buy this flour or a similar one in a store, but was happy to find it here since it’s more convenient. The flour arrived completely sealed and was fresh inside the bag. The resealable bag keeps the flour fresher for longer but it doesn’t usually last long in my house. Great buy!

I have been GF for a long time and there are a couple flours I use when cooking and baking. The King Arthur Measure for Measure is very good and easy to use. To be truthful it is a bit expensive and I do not use it for all my baking but it is nice for some of my finer/daintier baking recipes as it is light in both texture and color.
