I was not disappointed.I recieved the cup promptly; but there was no straw. I informed the seller and they immediately sent out one in the mail. So 5 stars for the customer service.I have filled the cup up with ice and water at night and have ice left in the cup even after 12 hours. I even poured coffee in it, went to my medical appointment and then 2 hours after was very impressed with a hot cup of coffee in my car. Ahhh.I am so pleased with this product, I purchased another one. Well worth the money.FYI: The lid is spillproof but not leakproof. So in other words, if I toppled it, the entire contents doesn't spill out but i would have some droplets that would need to be wiped up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product. *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2017* The tumblers are just great. Got them for ourselves and gifts. They are a success and hold the temperatures just as it said! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect *by E***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2016* Just what I was looking for without spending a fortune. Keeping cold cold and hot hot ALL day long. Love the size too.... not too large, not too small. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/32708605-20-oz-stainless-steel-tumbler-insulated-twist-to-close-lid](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/32708605-20-oz-stainless-steel-tumbler-insulated-twist-to-close-lid) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
