Easy to use and works!
This cream is very easy to use. The applicator rolls on just the right amount. It works well with pain on my previously broken foot. I would definitely recommend this product.

Give it time
Ive used a pr roll on opical pain gel for years. That one has 5% methol and starts the ice coolness right away. I had huge hopes for this, esp as it was more costly. With 14% menthol I expected to really feel it. First off, the stainless steel roller balls work great for deep tissue massage. BUT! The 14 % menthol seems to be untrue. Honestly felt more like one percent.. That said, once it had time to soak in, it did help the pain. It contains the same botanicals as the other brand and some camphor. The smell is light. I find it works pretty well on my painful feet. Less for other areas. All in all its worth trying but if you expect a strong cooling, its not for you!

Liquid Aleve Pain Approach!
What a great idea to utilize the pain medication right at the source, by rolling it on as opposed to waiting for pills to digest! In addition to the pain relief happening faster, one does not have to take food or milk with the oral option...which is required. A big advantage of receiving quick relief by applying right to the source of the pain!

Not unscented
I can tell you that even though it says it’s unscented, this product has a very strong menthol/medicinal smell. I used it and it helped somewhat, but I finally threw it out as I couldn’t stand the strong smell anymore.
