How long can you preserve the cookies for? And do they need to be put in the fridge after opening?

After delivery if it’s hot out you need to put them in the fridge. And it’s a good idea to leave them in there. They won’t last that long only because they are so good you will want to eat them up ha

How big is each cookie? i want to put it in a git container that has a 2 inch diameter

They are 1 3/4 inch in diameter.

Are these dairy free? no casein, lactose or whey, right? severe dairy allergy. just double checking.

I doubt it...they were too good. :)

Will they melt in shipping? Florida over here

Yes they will melt if not kept cool. So ask if they are shipping them with precautions. Mine were melted a little bit then put in the Frig which they were very good. But it’s summer time these things do melt.
