The output signal is a 10 MHz wave designed to set time-bases in frequency counters and similar. So unfortunately the short answer is "no." If you computer has a facility to synchronize its internal crystal oscillator with a 10 MHz signal, then you may be able to adjust the speed of the internal clock, but I've not seen a computer with this capability since back in the CP/M days which to today's computers are from when dinosaurs roamed the earth and dirt was new! **Q: What kind of internal Oscillator does this have?
