Yes, I believe so, because the ingredients are of a much better quality than other products. For example, most b-complexes use folic acid but bluebonnet uses 5-mthfr-folate and for b12 it uses methylcobalamin which both have better absorption.

What does "with their respective form" mean? I think I've been duped. Thought fully methylated and after reading the bottle it appears it is not.
