I purchased this case to use with a Note 20 Ultra 5G. The fingerprint works but it's not consistent all the time. Especially if you remove the case and put it back together. If any dust gets in between the fingerprint circle and your phone, it could cause your print not to register instantly. The circle has a bit of a sticky residue feel which isn't the best. Plus it's visible when using the phone. I wish the top screen protector was just plain with no circle or residue. Also, it shows fingerprints all over the protector. These are the reasons for 4 stars because it's not easy to clean and keep dust free.The case fits the phone well. There is some difficulty removing the case when needed. All buttons and spaces line up perfectly except for the front camera hole which is slightly off (especially on the pink case). I wish it was enclosed. It appears to be sturdy enough to provide a decent protection. I've accidently dropped the phone twice on hard wood floors and it held up well. The major plus for this case was that it works with an additional privacy screen protector TPU film (not tempered glass) that I have on my phone. That was an issue I had with another brand case I purchased so I was happy that this one worked as having a privacy screen protector is important for me. I don't see the cover over the charging port lasting long with the constant pull down but not a deal breaker if it falls off eventually.Overall it's a decent case. I decided to purchase the pink one to have an alternate if want to switch up.

Side buttons are totally worthless if you can't distinguish one from another or where they even are by feel. I take numerous screen shots by pressing 2 side buttons and 90% of the time I can't locate the side buttons now without actually putting the screen in sleep mode, having to stop.. reactivate the phone, find the buttons by looking and retry. PITA

Why??? Because when I recieved my order, at first glance the case itself was great, felt and looked great and in perfect condition. I removed the films, inserted the phone and realized it wasn't a perfect snug and the phone slightly shifted before snapping it in place and the front camera hole was a tad off.I checked the package and it DID say Note20 6.7" but it didn't make sense why it was a bit loose.Eventually I realized after checking the Amazon listing description that it was indeed for the ULTRA!🤦🏾‍♀️ BUT after holding and looking at it for a few minutes I really liked it and decided to keep it. It looks really modern and cool on my white (adhesive skin) phone, plus I'd hate to have to send it back when the regular model is no longer available. It's been difficult finding a good quality full-body phone case with built-in screen protector for the regular non-ULTRA model!Because the edges are black you can barely see a gap so it looks like a perfect fit. It doesn't shake around in the phone but it does slightly move up and down if you shake it hard enough in that up-down motion. You do have to press the screen protector a bit harder to make contact with the actual screen but I know it'll improve with time. The fingerprint scanner works fine- no issues.**All-in-all it's a happy mistake, I love it and will keep it. It has great protection! I wish Amazon would keep phone models from the same series separate to prevent confusion and not mix up the product/packaging.

Good purchase ! I only wish it protected the camera lens

A waste of money. No matter how I tried, I could not get the air bubble out of the fingerprint zone on my samsung 20 note. Now I cannot use the fingerprint at all.Update...After much work I was able to get some of the air bubble out and I reinstalled my fingerprint again and eventually got it to work. I upgraded from 1 to 3 stars.
