WHAT IS THE WEIGHT CAPACITY FOR THIS BIKE?

Best or Chain Drive???

Kevlar belt, magnetic resistance makes it very, very quiet.

is the resistance magnet or strap? which is better?

The Sole SB700 does not use magnetic or a strap resistance. It's more like the brake pads on your car, smooth and quiet. This bike is a quality piece of equipment with an excellent warranty. Your spin bikes at the gym will have the brake pad resistance. Magnetic resistance is frictionless, but is usually in the upright exercise bikes that can change resistance automatically.

Should wheel become noisy when increase resistance even a little? Assembly guy says its because its "applying brakes" and not magnetic.

I ride a "mountain finish" profile with ever increasing brake pressure. The noise from the flywheel does not grow in volume at all. Very quiet. Someone can easily watch television in the same room while you are riding. I do, of course, lubricate the flywheel rim with silicone lube sprayed on a paper towel before each session as recommended.
