Not suitable for UAE plumbing
The product is good, but made for US market. The T pipe is 7/8,7/8,3/8 size and in the UAE you would need a 1/2,1/1,3/8. The manufacturer was contacted however no support was provided as they claimed they do not have adapters. Ended up spending a lot buying adapters from the US.

A must have in any house
Can't express my satisfaction enough We installed one on each toilet over months ago. Very good quality, no leaking, good looking and very pleasing, definitely get the hot and cold one, worth your investment.

Now Iโm Clean
Iโve been using Bidets for a long while. I purchase my Brondell Bidet a year and half ago (Dec 22โ) as a back up. My Japanese brand still works fine but the supply line at the joint had issues after many years. Took out the Brondell and replaced it. Here in Singapore we follow the British std so when I receive my Brondell bidet I got myself familiarise with the American system and went hunting for adapters/accessories to our local sanitary suppliers to look for hardware that can incorporate with the American std and when I had to replace my existing bidet to the Brondell yesterday (20 June 24โ) I faced no issues. Probably will order another one as back up again. ๐๐ผ

Stop waiting... Just buy it
My first bidet. Family has been raving about them but I just never saw the point. I finally broke down and bought one as part of a bathroom update and I'm buying more for the rest of the house. Installation was easy. It did require an adjustable wrench to remove and attach the water hose. Don't forget to use the Teflon tape when assembling it or you might run into a leak down the road. The elongated seat fit my Kohler toilet well. That toilet came with a soft close seat and I'm glad this bidet had it as well. During use it gets the job done with whatever level of pressure you need and the controls are easy to understand. The self clean between the forward and backward spray keeps things sanitary. Overall I like the sleek look and function of this bidet and recommend it.
