Every once in a while, something wakes me up and I can’t go back to sleep sometimes it’s done car with a noisy muffler other times it’s a dog barking in the neighbors yard. I wake up feeling fine. 10mg - Tastes bitter with a faint hint of strawberry but I don’t have to choke it down. Once I’m out, I’m OUT. If I wake up to go to the bathroom I can continue the dream I was having or have similar dreams. I can sleep for a straight 12 or more hours if I don’t set an alarm and sleep in a dark room. I wake up groggy and have a headache after an hour or so, which it lasts all morning. I don’t like this dose, but I’m hanging on to it just in case altering my sleep schedule is worth the hangover. Maybe I’ll split them in half. I love that this brand sweetens with xylitol so you aren’t eating harmful artificial sweeteners or encouraging cavities if you take it after brushing your teeth. Just make sure you hide it from pets since xylitol is fatal for cats and dogs, even in small doses ...something about organ failure I can’t recall entirely. Just hide it if your pets are nosy.
